When I cook, I cook for the whole village.

Every Christmas, that means 800+ cookies.
The rest of the year, means sourdough, recipes from my Czech and Slovak roots, dishes I've picked up along the way, and whatever else I can't stop thinking about until I've figured out how to make it myself.
 

Sexy Slovak started with my weight-loss journey, and that will always be part of my story. But food has never just been about calories for me.

It’s about tradition. Family. Feeding people. Making way too much. And sending everyone home with leftovers whether they asked for them or not.
