😛 Healthy and High in Protien this is no ordinary french toast; 🍞 Whey wasn't designed JUST for body builders you know 😯 ~ It can sharpen your mind ✏, enhance system functions and even prevent premature aging!! 😺😻😽 ❤Lets feed those hungry muscles❤ 🔻2 Eggs 🔻2 TBS Vanilla Almond Milk 🔻1 TBS Nutmeg 🔻1 TBS Cinnamon

🔻1/2 Scoop Peanut Butter Whey Protein Powder

🔻2 Slices Organic Quinoa Bread

🔻1/2 Organic Red Delicious Apple, Sliced & Baked With Cinnamon

🔻1 TBS Organic Peanut Butter 🔻Desired Amount Of Agave Syrup ➡Whisk together using a fork--Eggs, almond milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and protien powder. ➡Dip bread into mixture, cook on a non stick pan; @ medium high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until done. ➡Spread peanut butter evenly over both pieces, add baked apple slices and pour desired amount of agave syrup: Dust with cinnamon which is excellent for digestion ☺
