š»2 Slices Organic Quinoa Bread
š»1/2 Organic Red Delicious Apple, Sliced & Baked With Cinnamon
š»1 TBS Organic Peanut Butter š»Desired Amount Of Agave Syrup ā”Whisk together using a fork--Eggs, almond milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and protien powder. ā”Dip bread into mixture, cook on a non stick pan; @ medium high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until done. ā”Spread peanut butter evenly over both pieces, add baked apple slices and pour desired amount of agave syrup: Dust with cinnamon which is excellent for digestion āŗ
