šŸ”»1/2 Scoop Peanut Butter Whey Protein Powder

šŸ”»2 Slices Organic Quinoa Bread

šŸ”»1/2 Organic Red Delicious Apple, Sliced & Baked With Cinnamon

šŸ”»1 TBS Organic Peanut Butter šŸ”»Desired Amount Of Agave Syrup āž”Whisk together using a fork--Eggs, almond milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and protien powder. āž”Dip bread into mixture, cook on a non stick pan; @ medium high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until done. āž”Spread peanut butter evenly over both pieces, add baked apple slices and pour desired amount of agave syrup: Dust with cinnamon which is excellent for digestion ☺
