MMM!!!#Vegan#Puto☺ If you've never had the pleasure of sampling#filipinocuisine ✌your defiantly missing out! 😋 Puto is a soft, and moist rice cake 🍥 that has a delicious aroma of coconut 😛 and a quirky addition of cheese ladden over top 😍 They're truly addictive 😜

💚 Vegan Filipino Puto💚
🔹2 Cup Rice Flour (You can also use Quinoa Flour*Bonus Protein* 💪 or Coconut Flour! Depending on your needs)
🔹1/4 Cup Organic Agave Syrup (Raw Organic Sugar, Stevia Or Honey Works too!) 🔹2 TBS Flax Seed + 4 TBS Water (To Replace The Eggs)
🔹1.5 Cups Coconut Milk 🔹1 TSP Salt 🔹2 TSP Baking Powder 🔹1/2 Cup Vegan Cheese (The Brand I Used Was Daiya - Cheddar Style) OR 🌺 shred FRESH Coconut 🌴 MMM!!!
Tip✌ You can also shred additional coconut into the mixture for extra flavor! ➡Whisk Ingredients Together Until Fluffy; ➡Portion Into Silicone Cups (Otherwise you can use muffins cups and lightly oil them using coconut oil or vegan butter but by using silicone we cut down on some of the calories)
➡Sprinkle Vegan Cheese on top of each one 👅 Or shredded coconut ➡Leave in steamer for approx 50-60 Minutes -peeking through to make sure its fully risen! 👀
