Deliciously healthy, high in protein and low in calories these pumpkin protein pancakes make a first class breakfast after a morning work out, and freezes well for a nutritious toaster breakfast on the go!!! 💪 🔹1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein 🔹2 Egg Whites 🔹 1/4 Cup Oats 🔹 1 TBS Unsweetened a Vanilla Almond Milk 🔹1/2 Cup Organic Pumpkin 🔹 1/8 Teaspoon Of Baking Powder
🔹1/2 tea spoon of Cinnamon, Nutmeg
🔹1 TBS Chia Seed Blend all your ingredients until smooth then allow your batter to sit for 5 minutes before cooking
