QUICK & EASY RED QUINOA SALAD

In the summer☀ I like to leave a few cups of quinoa pre-cooked to create quick and easy dishes that don't require alot of energy, keeping our house cool ⛄ and my mind stress free. No excuses guys! 🙉 It's as simple as boiling some water😁 🚫You'll boil water for a box of mac and cheese & hot dogs 😅 Why not this! ✅ Here's one fresh salad I enjoy 😍 thats heart healthy ❤ & high in protein and vitamin c! ☺

Red Quinoa Salad 1 1/2 Cup Red Quinoa 1 Cup Cooked Red Kidney Beans 1 Cup Chopped Red Peppers 6-7 TBS Lemon Juice 1-2 TBS Avocado Oil 1-2 TBS Crushed Garlic 1 TSP Cumin Sea Salt & Black Pepper & Dash Of Hot Sauce (Optional- but sweat is very detoxing ;) ) Toss together Bon Appetite✌ Have you tried other coloured quinoa's, What did you think?Leave a comment below
