When I cook, I cook for the whole village.
Every Christmas, that means 800+ cookies.
The rest of the year, means sourdough, recipes from my Czech and Slovak roots, dishes I've picked up along the way, and whatever else I can't stop thinking about until I've figured out how to make it myself.
Sexy Slovak originally began with my weight-loss journey, and all those recipes are still here. Theyll always be apart of my story -- but my love of food has never been just about calories.
It’s about tradition. Family. Feeding people. Making entirely too much food and sending everyone home with leftovers whether they asked for them or not.
