😜👌🏻BLACK BEAN REESE'S PIECES BROWNIES🍫❤️ I found out today that I have a condition called DESSERT STOMACH and basically that means I have a secondary organ that is reserved solely for 🍰cakes, donuts🍩 & BROWNIES 😆🙌🏻 When I was 410 lbs I would make brownies with a butter cream frosting and eat half the tray in one sitting -- & that's after eating a whole dinner! 😳 When I started loosing weight I was worried I would have to ban things like brownies from my life, but what I really needed to get rid of was empty calories. You can have balance, and still feel satisfied. Don't believe me; Try this recipe! I've been tricking people all day with it 😸 Ha INGREDIENTS: 1 Large 28oz Can Of Red Kidney Beans Rinsed 1/2 Cup Organic Oats 5 TBS Peanut Butter 5 TBS Dandelion Honey *or regular/maple syrup 5 TBS Shredded Unsweetened Coconut 2 TBS Cacao 2 TBS Coconut Oil 1/2 TSP Baking Powder 2 TBS Vanilla Extract 1 Large Banana 1 Egg (Or 1 tbs flax seed + 2 tbs water) 1/3 Cup Walnuts Chopped *optional* 1/2 Package Of Reese's Pieces *for decoration or candy of your choice. DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients except walnuts and Reese's pieces into food processor or high powered blender. Pulse until smooth like brown batter. TASTE TEST* If you still find the combination isn't sweet enough for you (My taste differs from yours, add 4-6 stevia packets) I like to stir my walnuts in so they're crunchy. Pour into silicone baking tray. Decorate with Reece's or candy of choice. Bake at 365 for 18 minutes 🔥 or until a toothpick comes out clean. Wait until completely cooled to enjoy. LOL if you put it in the freezer the wait time goes down. Just saying Enjoy xo
