My version of Chewy🍏Apple Strawberry🍓Granola Bars. Quick, Easy & HEALTHY

INGREDIENTS: 2 Cups Organic Oats 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes 1 Cup Fresh Or Frozen Strawberries Diced 1 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce 1 Mashed Banana *Optional 1 TSP Cinnamon 1 TBS Honey *or 6 Stevia Packets 1 TBS Vanilla Extract 1 TSP Coconut Oil Melted| DIRECTIONS: In Large Bowl Stir Together Coconut Oil, Apple Sauce, Strawberries & Banana. Mix In Honey, Cinnamon. Stir In Oats Until Mixture Is Combined. Press Oat Mixture Into Silicone Baking Pan Bake @ 350 for 17 minutes Once Cooled, Portion Into Bars. 5 TBS Melted White Chocolate, Drizzled Over Each Bar Using A Fork.
