Mmm!!! 😜😜😜 Making#eatcleanpeanut butter cups this evening ❤ using REAL chocolate--No additives, chemicals or shelf preservers ✌ Just pure goodness! 😍😍😍
💋The coconut oil added escalates energy levels, aids in proper digestion 😉 plus increases body immunity against various infections!
❤EatClean Peanut Cups❤
🔹1 Bag Organic Dark Chocolate (90%)
🔹 2 TBS Coconut Oil 🔹1 Cup Organic Peanut Butter or Almond Butter (If desired you can also mix in a tsp of honey for additional sweetness 🍯)
🔹40 Mini Baking Cups 🔹Double Boiler (Or Microwave for a few minutes on high) ➡In your double boiler melt chocolate and coconut oil together
➡Tsp melted chocolate into each baking cup--Leave in freezer for 5 minutes or until solid ➡Tsp peanut butter/almond butter ➡Top with additional tsp of chocolate and freeze again till solid.
