We all know that Banana's šŸŒare natures natural energy bar 😜 but did you know a cup of pumpkin šŸŽƒ actually has MORE 😯 refueling potassium than a banana?! šŸ˜‡ Which is why i created a special ā¤ post work out dessert that features this powerful šŸ’Ŗ vegetable! If Pumpkin Pie and Carrot Cake had a child šŸ‘€ This explosion šŸ’„ of taste would be it!!! šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

*I made an extra large batch, but it can easily be adjusted by cutting ingredients in half šŸŽƒPumpkin Protein Bars šŸŽƒ

šŸ”ø1 Cup Walnuts (For the bottom)

šŸ”ø1/2 Cup Raisins šŸ”ø2 Cans Organic Pumpkin šŸ”ø 1 Cup Shredded Carrot šŸ”ø3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour (4 Cups Oat Flour Works Too!)

šŸ”ø2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder šŸ”ø2 TBS Flax Seed

šŸ”ø2 TBS Vanilla Extract šŸ”ø2 Eggs (Or 4 Egg Whites)

šŸ”ø1 Cup Organic Apple Sauce šŸ”ø4 TBS Pumpkin Pie Spice (Combo of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg)

šŸ”ø2 TSP Baking Soda

šŸ”ø2 TSP Baking Powder

šŸ”ø24 Stevia Packets (Or 6 TBS Honey)

āž”Topping šŸ”ø1/2 Greek Yogurt šŸ”ø1/2 Low Fat Cream Cheese šŸ”ø2 Stevia Packets

šŸ”øLemon Zest šŸ”øTouch Of Skimmed Milk āž”In a food processor combine walnuts + raisins and spread along the bottom of your silicone pan, Thus creating a chewy, nutty bottom. āž”In a larger bowl combine your dry ingredients + wet ingredients and pour into silicone pan. āž”Bake at 365 for 25-30 minutes šŸ”„ (Use a tooth pick to ensure baked thoroughly)
