This salad is something I always look forward to. Parsley, Mint & Cilantro uplift your senses. Which is excellent for promoting digestion and well known for holistically treating inflammatory diseases. Studies even show that this combination of plants contain compounds which may have anticancer effects. BUT nevermind the impressive report card! Its a fresh flavor bomb filled with healing herbs and plentiful proteins.

Secret Anti-Inflammatory Salad; 2 Cups Cooked Quinoa 1/3 Red Onions Chopped Zest from 1 Lemon Cilantro, Mint & Parsley Chopped Baby Tomatoes to taste (about 1 small package) 1 Large English Cucumber Diced 1/2 Cup Cooked Black Beans 2 TBS Avocado Oil 1 TSP Smoked Cumin 1 Crushed Garlic Clove 3-5 Tbs Lemon/Lime Juice Salt & Pepper To Taste Mix well =) Share with love
