Black tea is known to help stimulate the body's metabolism 😌 as well as increase energy and brain functions 💪📚☺

❤ Combine All Ingredients In Blender/Food Processor❤

🔹4 Bananas 🍌🍌🍌🍌

🔹1/2 Cup Pecan Pieces

🔹1/2 Cup Apple Sauce 🍏

🔹3 TBS Plain Greek Yogurt

🔹3 Egg Whites 🍳

🔹2 TBS Hemp Seeds

🔹2 TBS Chia Seeds

🔹1 3/4 Cup Old Fashion Oats

🔹1 1/4 Cup Vanilla Protein

🔹2 TBS Honey 🍯

🔹1 TSP Baking Soda

🔹2 TSP Baking Powder

🔹1 TBS Cinnamon 😍

🔻Preheat your oven to 350--Pour batter into lined muffin tins and bake for 15-20 min--Makes 12 muffins. (Store In The Fridge/Freezer)
