An appetizing and effortless soup 🍜 I make year round is my Cashew & Red Pepper Soup❤
1 Cup of Red Peppers equals enough Vitamin C to account for the daily ☀ recommended allowance. Where as cashews provide protein 💪 + mood lifting magnesium! ❤Cashew & Red Pepper Soup❤
🔻2 Cup Cashews 🔻4 Cups Red Pepper
🔻3 Cups Filtered Water(Or regular )
🔻3 Garlic Cloves Minced
🔻1 TSP Sea Salt
🔻2 TSP Basil
🔻Dash Of Paprika 🔻Your Handy Dandy Blender
➡I made an extra large batch, which involved splitting some of the ingredients up while blending. But it all pours into one big pot So no worries!
➡Throw all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend up till smooth
❤Enjoy this soup 1 of 2 delicious ways!
➡- As a cold summer soup, Therefore keeping more Vitamin C
➡Or as a warmer hardier soup by adding Quinoa or shredded Cauliflower!
