An appetizing and effortless soup šŸœ I make year round is my Cashew & Red Pepper Soupā¤

1 Cup of Red Peppers equals enough Vitamin C to account for the daily ā˜€ recommended allowance. Where as cashews provide protein šŸ’Ŗ + mood lifting magnesium! ā¤Cashew & Red Pepper Soupā¤

šŸ”»2 Cup Cashews šŸ”»4 Cups Red Pepper

šŸ”»3 Cups Filtered Water(Or regular )

šŸ”»3 Garlic Cloves Minced

šŸ”»1 TSP Sea Salt

šŸ”»2 TSP Basil

šŸ”»Dash Of Paprika šŸ”»Your Handy Dandy Blender

āž”I made an extra large batch, which involved splitting some of the ingredients up while blending. But it all pours into one big pot So no worries!

āž”Throw all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend up till smooth

ā¤Enjoy this soup 1 of 2 delicious ways!

āž”- As a cold summer soup, Therefore keeping more Vitamin C
