Walked a km in the dark (with my dorky head flash light) to post this recipe for you guys š Oh boy š ahaha eep ā¤ Zucchini Boats ā¤
āØ 1 Zucchini
āØ1 TSP Avocado Oil āØBlack Pepper + Sea Salt āØ6 TBS Bruschetta āØ2 Black Olives Sliced āØ2 TBS Skimmed Mozzarella ā”Slice Zucchini in half. ā”Using melon baller scoop centre out. ā”Brush with avocado oil and season to taste. ā”Add 3 TBS of bruschetta to each boat, Top with black olives and mozzarella.
ā”Bake in oven for 12 minutes at 400š„
