Last night 🌙 I was testing the boundaries of my cauliflower rice...🍚and its quite possible that this vegetable holds no bounds!!😄👏👏 🎎My cauliflower cucumber rolls 🍥 were a BIG success 😌 *Pats self on back*
Some people find that Sushi 🍣 and California rolls 😝 are a healthy lunch option, but to me..eating a small portion 🍱 that's high in carbs 😒 and calories + costs a fortune💰 doesn't make much sense?🙈
👉 When you you could for half the price and twice ✌the nutritional value be just as happy 😚 and satisfied these EatClean Cucumber Rolls.
🎐Cauliflower Cucumber California Rolls 🎐
💚1/2 Cup Dry Fried Cauliflower Rice 💚1 TSP Rice Vinegar + Extra For Rolling
💚1/2 TSP Honey (Sticky "rice")
💚3 Sheets Sea Weed
💚3 Sticks Cucumbers 💚1 TBS Wasabi Paste ➡After dry frying Cauliflower rice in small pan, add 1 TSP of Rice Vinegar + 1/2 TSP of Honey.
Heat on low until combined.
Stirring frequently.
Let it cool before using!! ➡Wet your fingers using rice vinegar, spread out about 1/3 of the prepped cauliflower "rice" on the sea weed, leaving about an inch on the edge👌
➡Spread a thin layer of wasabi paste along that edge closest to you, (Don't use the whole TBS on a single sheet --Very Spicy!🔥) place the cucumber.
➡Using a bamboo roller, tightly roll your California roll. Packing tightly, and applying consistently a small amount of pressure. The moisture from the roll will make it seal easily! Repeat process until finished. ➡Using the sharpest of knifes, cut carefully into 6 pieces each. = 18 Pieces.
