Ive recreated typical Slovak Zemiakove Placky 😇 (Slovak Potato Pancakes) by removing the guilt/carbs 😜 and replacing it with lower calorie- higher protien option 🌈

Serve as lunch or dinner side dish 🍲

🔹 2 Cups Cooked Cauliflower

🔹1 Whole Avocado Shredded

🔹3 Eggs (OR 6 Egg Whites)

🔹1 TBS Marjoram 🔹2 TBS Onion 🔹2 TBS Garlic 💋

🔹Salt and Black Pepper To Taste 🔹Parsley For Garnish ➡In a bowl, mash all ingredients together with a potato masher

➡Heat up your non stick pan and cook like a pancake, garnish with parsley. Enjoy with homemade Tzatziki Sauce 😎
