(YEEHaaW) 🐴🎡😊So I recreated a Carnival favorite to bring to the grounds!😍 ➡Mini Cinnamon donuts are traditionally fried and iced in cinnamon sugar😋 but with my version i've cut the unhealthy oils 👍 and opted for a higher protien 😉and smarter fats! 😜
😄Every last morsel of this recipe was truly amazing!!!!!! 😛😛😛
❤Cinnamon Protein Donuts❤
🔻1 Cup Oat Flour
🔻2 Scoops Protein Powder 🔻1/2 Cup Organic Apple Sauce 🔻1/2 Apple Pealed + Mashed
🔻1 Cup Walnuts Crushed 🔻1 Egg 🔻12 Stevia Packets
🔻1/2 Cup Almond Milk 🔻1 TBS Vanilla Extract 🔻1 TBS Cinnamon
🔻1 TBS Nutmeg 🔻1 TSP Baking Soda + Powder ❤Topping❤
🔻Cinnmion
🔻Stevia
🔻1 TBS Flax Seed Oil ➡Pour batter into molds, bake at 365 for 12 minutes (Check using a toothpick)
Don't expect them to rise too much 😊 Oat flour is quite dense.
➡After the donuts cool and you've carefully removed them from they're forms, Mix together equal parts of Stevia and Cinnamon to created your own Carnival Cinnamon sugar, ➡Using flax seed oil and clean fingers-- lightly dab your donuts with flax oil and dust the sugar over top.
*Store in the fridge
