Probably because it prevents constipationš© diabetes & heart disease ⤠This super food is full of omegas, protein šŖ & fiber which help to keep you satisfied. š There for avoiding "cooking monster syndrome" !š¬ššš
šFiber and Protein are SUPERšimportant in weight loss š because they trigger cells in the brain to make the body feel FULL! šFeasting off the fiber and protein takes a lot of timeā° for your digestive system to process, which gives that feeling of satisfactionš

šŖGive these egg free, gluten free goodies a try & see what i mean!! š šš wholesome ingredients = fulsome tummy š āØEgg Free Oatmeal Cookies⨠ā¤1 1/2 Cup Oat Flour (Blended Oats)
ā¤3/4 Cups All-Purpose GF Flour (I used bobs red mill) ā¤2 TBS Flax Seed (Or Chia Seeds!) ā¤1/2 Cup Honey Or 2 TBS Liquid Stevia ā¤1/4 Cup Organic Apple Sauce ā¤1 Large Banana Mashed ā¤1 TSP Pure Vanilla Extract ā¤1 TSP Nutmeg ā¤1/4 TSP Baking Soda ā¤1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
ā”Combine ingredients together, make sure its blended well enough that there's no banana chunks! ā”Spoon out equal TBS portions of cookie doh. Pressing down the cookie flat. ā”Bake at 375 for 8-9 minutes or until golden brown.
