Probably because it prevents constipation💩 diabetes & heart disease ❤ This super food is full of omegas, protein 💪 & fiber which help to keep you satisfied. 😇 There for avoiding "cooking monster syndrome" !😬😋😋😋
👉Fiber and Protein are SUPER😝important in weight loss 🙏 because they trigger cells in the brain to make the body feel FULL! 🐗Feasting off the fiber and protein takes a lot of time⏰ for your digestive system to process, which gives that feeling of satisfaction😜

🍪Give these egg free, gluten free goodies a try & see what i mean!! 😄 🍎🍌 wholesome ingredients = fulsome tummy 😉 ✨Egg Free Oatmeal Cookies✨ ❤1 1/2 Cup Oat Flour (Blended Oats)
❤3/4 Cups All-Purpose GF Flour (I used bobs red mill) ❤2 TBS Flax Seed (Or Chia Seeds!) ❤1/2 Cup Honey Or 2 TBS Liquid Stevia ❤1/4 Cup Organic Apple Sauce ❤1 Large Banana Mashed ❤1 TSP Pure Vanilla Extract ❤1 TSP Nutmeg ❤1/4 TSP Baking Soda ❤1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
➡Combine ingredients together, make sure its blended well enough that there's no banana chunks! ➡Spoon out equal TBS portions of cookie doh. Pressing down the cookie flat. ➡Bake at 375 for 8-9 minutes or until golden brown.
