We in Western culture its said that don't get enough Omega 3 fatty acids in our diet; 😩 Which is such a shame 😪 because fish 🐟 is a fabulous source of protein! 😻💚 Spicy, Sweet and Tasty 😋 --this marinade was quick and easy to prepare and using things found in most kitchens!

🔹6 Pieces Of Fish

🔹4 TBS Low Sodium Soy Sauce

🔹2 TBS Dijon Mustard

🔹1 TBS Chopped Garlic 🔹1/2 TSP Black Pepper

🔹1/2 TSP Red Pepper Flakes 🔹1/2 TSP Honey ➡Toss Into Fire Proof Skillet; 🔥 Bake at 365 For 10-15 Minutes.
