š¹6 Pieces Of Fish
š¹4 TBS Low Sodium Soy Sauce
š¹2 TBS Dijon Mustard
š¹1 TBS Chopped Garlic š¹1/2 TSP Black Pepper
š¹1/2 TSP Red Pepper Flakes š¹1/2 TSP Honey ā”Toss Into Fire Proof Skillet; š„ Bake at 365 For 10-15 Minutes.
