I asked a friend of mine who works in a mall today, "What kind of healthy options do you have in your food court?"🍎🍜🍲🍌? 💁Besides the seemingly "healthy" hoagies, not much!🙅So I live off of Greek low carb salads🍃 She said. 😂What? I'm surprised at you! I laughed 😜

😛How can you complain it's hard to find time to be physical 🙊 when you have an opportunity to be active right in front of you 😝 ..like chopping 🔪 and prepping your own salads 🌿 And instead you pay 8 dollars 💵 to let some stranger who probably didn't wash their hands 💧do it for you?? -That doesn't make any sense?😂

👉Only reason they chop it fresh is because they buy lower grade (less nutritious) ingredients to cut costs😬 and if they used yesterday's produce it would be already spoiled. 😯(How else do you think they make profit!👀) So that's why you gotta ❤MAKE YOUR OWN DARLIN!❤

➡Fresh Onion Sliced

➡High Quality Sea Salt (In place of Parmesan cheese) ➡Homemade Cesar Dressing (Extra Garlic)
