One of my favourites growing up Slovak, Here's my modified version with 1/2 the fat and calories. If you've never had the pleasure of trying a creamy paprika sauce, then you need add this one to your menu!
Chicken Paprikash
3-4 Pounds Chicken
1-2 White Onions Chopped
2 TBS Avocado Oil (In Place Of Butter)
1 TBS Paprika
1 1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup 0% Greek Yogurt (In Place Of Sour Cream)
5-6 TBS Almond Flour (In Place Of Flour)
Sea Salt To Taste
Served With 1 Cup Cauliflower Rice (In Place Of White Rice)
