Today im making ❤Spanielske Vtacky!❤ (Or In Slovak-English translation💃Spainsh Roulanden,also known as German Beer Rouladen. Ive cut out alot of the fluff making it more filling hardy and nutritional all without compensate on taste! Be sure to grab your meat hammer 🔨 this recipe comes with a quick work out hahaha

Welcome Rouldan Version 2.0 😉

❤Healthier German Beef Rouladen❤ 🔻6 Toothpicks

🔻6 Pieces Of Lean Beef 🔻6 Cooked Hard boiled Eggs 🔻6 Pieces Of Lean Sausage

🔻6 Homemade Pickles

🔻3 TBS European/French style Mustard

🔻1 White Onion Chopped 🔻1 TBS Chopped Garlic 🔻 Salt & Pepper To Taste 🔻2 TBS Pure Avocado Oil 🔻1 Cook + Pureed Egg Plant (or simply leave the egg plant in till the end, remove meat and blend sauce using a hand blender) 🔻 1 Chopped Red Pepper (Adding somenutritiouss volume to your meals) 2 TBS Quinoa Flour *optional

🔻2 Cups Water * Try adding 1 Beef or mushroom Bouillon Cube from Knorr for extra depth in flavor. ➡Your going to want to tenderize each piece of meat using a hammer. Beat that meat till its thin ;) ➡After put 1/2 TSP Of Mustard on each piece. Place 1 Egg, 1 Pickle and 1 Piece of Sausage, Roll and secure with toothpick!

➡On low heat, wilt Onion + Garlic in the Avocado Oil. ➡Add Pureed Egg Plant and Rouladen --Brown Meat ➡Add 2 Cups of Water and Simmer for 40 minutes. Salt & Pepper To Taste, ➡Removing The Beef, Whisk in Quinoa Flour if you find that the consistency isn't thick enough for you, otherwise Eggplants natural starch and flavor really livens up and compliment this traditional sauce!❤❤❤
