Blending my own 😉OatFlour this evening 🌙 therefore saving myself 12 dollars at the store 😜

➡ Although I call it OatFlour, it actually contains no Flour or Gluten 👍 (Check For Certified Gluten Free Organic Oats!)

🙊Contrary to popular belief whole wheat bagels, breads 🍞and crackers are not so beautiful for the body 😕. 💁Although wheat has been around for 1000s of years supplying humanity...The wheat farmed today is hardly the nutritious grain it once was! 😓 (Our wheat has become more and more mineral-depleted from the sprayed chemicals)
