MMm 😛 Probably the most triumphant adult ❤grilled cheese❤ Ive EVER made 🏆 (and Ive made some heart attacks over the years🐽😂)You can't really feel bad about it either because its under 440 calories 😍👍 and contains so many healthy things for you! Both the Kale and Pine nuts 🌲 in this recipe📝 are comprised of a high concentration of nutrients 😌that will give your skin a healthy appearance BOOST🌹--while the vitamin C 🍊found in the kale + pine nuts will help relieve your joint stiffness! 💪

I used quinoa bread in this recipe 🍞 because its the most satisfying, high-protein- high fiber bread 🍴and i knew that the quinoa❤ would pair nicely with pine nuts deliciously sweet flavor 😉

🔻1 TBS Pine Nuts 🔻1 TBS Homemade Kale Pesto (Recipe To Follow) 🔻2 Slices Of Skimmed Mozzarella 🔻2 Slices Of Quinoa Bread

🔹In your skillet toast the pine nuts until golden brown

🔹Spread pesto over the bread, layer with mozzarella add your with pine nuts, bread. 🔹Pre heat your Panini grill or skillet. Grill on both sides until the cheese has melted. 🔻I'm going to also recommend that if you don't eat cheese on a regular basis to have a big glass of Metamucil before bed
