MMm š Probably the most triumphant adult ā¤grilled cheese⤠Ive EVER made š (and Ive made some heart attacks over the yearsš½š)You can't really feel bad about it either because its under 440 calories šš and contains so many healthy things for you! Both the Kale and Pine nuts š² in this recipeš are comprised of a high concentration of nutrients šthat will give your skin a healthy appearance BOOSTš¹--while the vitamin C šfound in the kale + pine nuts will help relieve your joint stiffness! šŖ
I used quinoa bread in this recipe š because its the most satisfying, high-protein- high fiber bread š“and i knew that the quinoa⤠would pair nicely with pine nuts deliciously sweet flavor š
š»1 TBS Pine Nuts š»1 TBS Homemade Kale Pesto (Recipe To Follow) š»2 Slices Of Skimmed Mozzarella š»2 Slices Of Quinoa Bread
š¹In your skillet toast the pine nuts until golden brown
š¹Spread pesto over the bread, layer with mozzarella add your with pine nuts, bread. š¹Pre heat your Panini grill or skillet. Grill on both sides until the cheese has melted. š»I'm going to also recommend that if you don't eat cheese on a regular basis to have a big glass of Metamucil before bed
