Hello 🙈 my name is Khristina, And im a recovering mayonnaise addict! 🙋

➡I used to eat mayonnaise EVERY DAY 📅 With EVERY meal! 🍲

I thought i was doing myself a favor with my weight loss efforts 😩

👉But in actuality I was sabotaging myself with condiments! 😪

🙊The average condiment is huuge in fructose corn syrup, sugars, and unhealthy fats! Side affects include; Serious lack in motivation (Mmm Sleep😴) Clogged arteries 😷 and Fatty Liver 😨

💗Try for the next week keeping track of which sauces you use💗 This way you start becoming more conscious about your food decisions👍 See where you might be able to improve!

😌I find when using hummus in place of mayonnaise you end up ingesting more protein 💪 than calories🙆 which keeps you satisfied for longer 😋 Another spread I enjoy using: 💜Avocado Garlic Butter💜; 🔹4 Avocados 🔹1 TBS Almond Milk

🔹1 TBS Lemon Juice 🔹1 Garlic Clove Minced 🔹Dash Paprika 🔹Salt + Pepper To Taste ➡Toss into food processor and blend until creamy! Mmmm 💜Nutritional Facts💜: 2 TBS

➡Real Butter = 204 cal

➡Avocado Garlic Butter = 50 cal

➡Mayonnaise = 109 cal

➡Hummus = 55 cal
