ā”I used to eat mayonnaise EVERY DAY š With EVERY meal! š²

šI find when using hummus in place of mayonnaise you end up ingesting more protein šŖ than caloriesš which keeps you satisfied for longer š Another spread I enjoy using: šAvocado Garlic Butterš; š¹4 Avocados š¹1 TBS Almond Milk
š¹1 TBS Lemon Juice š¹1 Garlic Clove Minced š¹Dash Paprika š¹Salt + Pepper To Taste ā”Toss into food processor and blend until creamy! Mmmm šNutritional Factsš: 2 TBS
