I decided to incorporate more nutritional yeast into my diet 😊 Its used as a vegan friendly "cheese" alternative that's a great source for fibre, folic acid & vitamin B12. Plus just 2 TBS contains 6 grams of protein! ✨ You can load your plate up with flavour AND health for as low as $2.59 per 100 grams at your local organic market bulk section. INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 Cup Cooked Quinoa 1/4 Red Onion *Or To Taste 1/2 Garlic Crushed 1 Red Pepper Chopped 1/3 Cucumber Chopped 1 Handful Fresh Mint Chopped 3-4 TBS Lime Juice 1 TBS Light Olive Oil 2 TBS Nutritional Yeast Salt & Pepper To Taste. ❤️❤️❤️This bottle of nutritional yeast was $8 for 75 grams, however Ill end up refilling the shaker later.
