INGREDIENTS:
1 TSP Coconut Oil
2 Garlic Crushed
½ Red Onion Thinly Chopped
1 Red Pepper Thinly Chopped
1 Cup Red Cabbage Shredded
6 Large Mushrooms Thinly Sliced *Slice all your vegetables approx. same size*
3 TBS Low Sodium Soya Sauce
Sautee Vegetables *I added a touch of water to keep them cooking*
2 Chicken Breast Chopped Into Smaller Pieces In Sriracha (5-8 Min Cooking Time Once Chicken Is Added)
½ Package Of Asian Style Noodles Cooked In Boiling Water: 5 Min - Dry Fry On Non Stick Pan
Added To Stir Fry
In A Separate Bowl Whisk Together:
1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Coconut Milk
½ TSP Chili Pepper
3 Stevia Packets (or 2 TBS Brown Sugar)
3 TBS Low Sodium Soya
Sriracha To Taste
Add To Mix At The End Of Stir Fry;
Top With Fresh Green Onion & Cashew Pieces
Enjoy With Washed Romano Salad Leaves.
