Yum! 😍 Gluten Free, Sugar Free 👍 Protein Berry Bars! 😛I had to include berries into my bars this week 😳
not just because they're delicious 😋 but because they'll protect the body -from head to ❤ heart! ➡Protein Berry Bars
🍓1 Cup Oat Flour
🍓1 Cup Strawberry Protein Powder
🍓1 1/4 Cup Berries
🍓1 Cup Berry Greek Yogurt
🍓2 *Heaping* TBS Of Quark
🍓1 Egg
🍓4 TBS Chia Seeds
🍓2 TBS Vanilla Extract
🍓12 Stevia Packets
🍓1/4 Almond Milk
🍓1 TSP Baking Soda + Powder
➡Topping
🍓4 TBS Sugar Free Homemade Berry Jam
🍓2 TBS Low Fat Cream Cheese
🍓Farm Fresh Mini Strawberries
➡In a larger bowl combine your dry ingredients + wet ingredients and pour into silicone pan. ➡Bake at 365 for 25 Minutes (Use a tooth pick to ensure its baked throughout) ➡Once its cooled down, combine your topping ingredients together, and spread evenly using a spatula
