Who doesn't love a good Strudel!? Growing up my Bupka from Slovakia would take a small piece of dough and manage to stretch it across a table, as if it were paper thin and you could read a news paper under neath. This was an ancient slavic art form of Strudel stretching, using limited ingredients to feed the village so to speak. Fresh From My Oven 🔥🔥 Savoury Protein Strudel; 1/2 White Onion Chopped 2-3 TBS Avocado Oil 3-4 Garlic Crushed 8-10 Large Mushrooms Chopped 1 Box Fresh Spinach 1 Cup 0% Cottage Cheese 4 TBS Romano Cheese (Or Parmesan) 10 Eggs Sea Salt & Black Pepper Phyllo Pastry Sheets (I used 10) Saute Onion & Garlic With Mushrooms. Add Spinach, Cottage Cheese, Romano Cheese Half Cooking Your 10 Eggs *On The Runnier Side* Pour Mixture Into Phyllo Sheets, Fold Into Strudel Roll. Poke Holes With Fork. Paint With Egg Whites Baked @ 365 Until Golden Brown Or About 25 Min. Dobro Chut <3 *also big lol! @ my spelling mistake on the photo. hehe oh well i'm human
