Quick Olive Hummus

If you didn't already know 👊 chickpeas are the main ingredient in hummus 😜 Which can provide the body with key 🔑 vitamins 🌿and minerals 🍃 like as folic acid! This protein 💪 and fiber rich 😁 vegetable dip 🍆 is inexpensive to make 💰 and SUPER addicting to eat! 🙊
➡When i was considered morbidly obese 😩 my favorite sandwich spread was mayonnaise 😍 -- I probably went through a large hellman's every 2 weeks 😂 spooning large amounts beside EVERY meal! (Soo An extra 200-300😧 calories per dish) When i discovered hummus it didn't originally taste very good 😕 but after experimenting 😋 and adding different spices + vegetables🍠, it easily became a new favorite!!🙈
⚠Always take into consideration when trying new 🌟things that it takes a few attempts for the brain's tastes buds 👅 to grab ahold, to be able to form an REAL opinion ✅ As your body comes off processed sugars 👀 what once tasted disgusting to you, will now taste totally different ✌💘
😇 So never be afraid to give something a second chance!
💚Quick Hummus💚
🔹2 Cups Cooked Chick Peas ( add 2 tbs of baking soda to your water so the skins remove easier)
🔹2-3 TBS Tahini
🔹2-3 Garlic Cloves Minced
🔹5 TBS Lemon Juice (or whatever, go nuts)
🔹2 TBS Avocado Oil
🔹5 Olives, Chopped
➡Blend everything BUT Olives in food processor, 3-5 min on low until thoroughly mixed and smooth
➡Scoop into smaller mason jar (Glass will keep it longer)
➡Add chopped olives
