Raw Asparagus Noodles

Asparagus is one of the worlds healthiest foods 💁 containing a variety of vitamins 🌻 and minerals 🍃 at 27 calories per cup 😄👍 with 2 grams of protein 💪 you can't really go wrong! 🙊 By preparing Asparagus raw we keep all the important nutrients 👆😇

Take advantage of asparagus season 😛😛😛 try it yourself; 💚 Raw Asparagus Noodles 💚

🔻1 Bunch Asparagus (washed and tough part removed)

🔻 1/2 Cup Alfalfa 🔻3 TBS Freshly Squeeze Lemon

🔻 1 TBS Avocado Oil

🔻 1/4 Tsp Salt

🔻 3 TBS Romano Cheese (use Himalayan salt if your vegan 😊)

🔻 1 Garlic Clove Minced 🔻1 Tbs Pine Nuts 🔻 Fresh Ground Pepper To Taste 🔻 Shredded Carrot For Garnish ➡Using a potato peeling shave the asparagus, turning and shaving as much as you can, reserve the little end pieces for another use.

➡Place in a bowl with avocado oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours, that way the lemon juice will tenderize the asparagus ➡Remove from fridge mixing in Alfalfa, Romano cheese (Or not), Pepper and Pine Nuts. *You can even shred carrot into the salad or on top for garnish!
