Savory Protein Breakfast Strudel

☀Strudel☀ for breakfast was very common growing up in a Slovak household! 😜 We would fill them with delectable things like apples🍎 ground up walnuts, poppy seeds, and cheeses! 😋😋😋
▶At a young age my mother and bupka 👵 were sure to teach me the dying art of Strudel Pulling 😌. It involved taking doh (About the size of your palm✋) and stretching it thin enough over a table (Meant for 6!🙆) that way your able to see the table cloth peeking through 🌅. It can take hours ⏰and much patience. But like anything involving hard work 🌁 the end result is well worth the effort! 🏆 And we know all about that. Instead I will be providing you with a strudel filling that's not at all hard work💁. Jammed packed with things like iron, vitamin A + K, calcium, PROTEIN 💪and fantastic fighting antioxidants! 👀 You'll find yourself (or your hubby...🙇) picking at this again and again lol 💗🙊💗
GoodMorning Breakfast Strudel ☀
🔹2 Cup Spinach
🔹2 Cup Kale
🔹1/2 Cup Fresh Green Onion
🔹2 TBS Avocado Oil
🔹2 TBS Garlic
🔹4 TBS Cottage Cheese
🔹3 TBS Goat Cheese
🔹3 Eggs + Left Over Egg Whites
🔹Salt and Pepper To Taste
🔹1 Gluten Free Pastry Sheet (You can pre make a whole bunch and freeze them for future strudels)
➡Heat pan with Oil adding Green Onion and Garlic.
➡Break apart Spinach and Kale into smaller pieces
➡Combine in pan until garlicky
➡Add Cheeses + Eggs into the pan and leave them particularly runny so as not to dry out while baking.
➡Leave mixture to cool down
➡Portion into pastry and fold
➡Brush with egg whites
➡Baked in the oven for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown;🔥
