Easy 💛 and Inexpensive 😉 Seafood Protein Bake 🏆👍❤😋🍴 Serve up something healthy 🍲 ☺ When i was a kid 👧 i would beg for this for dinner. It was so good ,😂 id sneak into the fridge while everyone was sleeping 🌙 and eat it cold with ketchup 🙊✌ 😜FatConfessions😁Ive cleaned the original version making it less guilty 😽 -Ditched the sugar filled ketchup for diced sugar tomatoes 🍅 which shall be equally as enticing!!!😛😛😛😛
🏆Seafood Protein Bake🏆
▪2 Cups Cooked Egg Noodles (1 1/2 Cup = 13 Grams of Protein for 1.47$ a bag☺ )
▪6 Eggs (Or 12 Egg Whites)
▪2 Cups Cooked Shrimp
▪4 Garlic Cloves Minced
▪1/5 -2 Cups Peas
▪1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
▪Salt and Pepper To Taste
▪1 1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes
▪5 TBS Low Fat Cheese
➡In a baking dish combine egg noodles, shrimp, garlic and peas together.
➡In a separate bowl add almond milk + cracked eggs and add salt + pepper according to taste. Whisk together
➡Pour egg mixture over noodles.
➡Add diced tomatoes on top and 5 tbs low fat cheese.
➡Bake @ 365 🔥 in oven for 25 minutes
