Stuffed Greek Chicken

You cant expect to look like a million bucks if you keep eating off the dollar menu! š If spinach has yet to find its way into your grocery bag here's one recipe that hopefully convinces you; š
š¹8 Chicken Breasts
š¹2 TBS Minced Garlic
š¹1 Bag Spinach
š¹ 1/2 Cup Fresh Green Onions
š¹ Seasoning
š¹1/2 Cup Goat Feta
š¹Optional* For Extra Protein Add 2 Scrambled Eggs
š¹Cook spinach on stove top with garlic, stir in feta + egg
š¹Be sure to leave it runny so your chicken has moisture!
š¹ Stuff + Roll each breast and secure with toothpick
š¹ Sprinkle seasoning + green onions
š¹Add 1-2 TBS of oil, and wee bit of water. Then cover with foil.
š¹ Bake for 30 minutes at 365 degrees
