his hardy 🍃KALE + CARROT stew 😋 really is the perfect balance of iron, carbs & 💪protein. 🌟 Plus its actually something you'll feel good about eating 👀 since it detoxifies your body, 💚 cleanses your skin 💧 and boosts immunity! 💗 Delight and Dazzle your taste buds tonight 😉

🍃Kale + Carrot Stew🍃

🔸4 Liters Of Homemade Vegetable Broth

🔸1 White Onion Diced

🔸4 Cloves Garlic Minced

🔸4 Large Organic Carrots Cut Into Chunks

🔸2 Cups Chopped Kale

🔸2 Cups Cooked Beans

🔸1/2 Cup Left Over Quinoa

🔸1 TBS Marjoram

🔸1 TBS Sage

🔸1 TBS Basil

🔸1/2 TBS Fresh Thyme

🔸Sea Salt + Ground Pepper To Taste

➡Heat a TBS of the vegetable oil in a large soup pot, add onions and cook until translucent. ➡Add garlic and combine flavors, Next add carrots and herbs and cook for another few minutes.

➡Add the remaining vegetable broth and Quinoa (You can now cook the Quinoa if you don't have left overs)

➡Stir in the beans, heating for about 3-5 minutes (Provided you soaked your beans over night!)

➡Add Kale Lastly!!! 😝That way you preserve most of its nutrients!

Cover and simmer on low for 5 more minutes 💅

➡Season to taste
