💛💎💓Sour Bean Soup, or as my Slovak Brethren 🗻 would call "Kysla Fazulova Polievka" is HIGH IN PROTEIN 💪 (9 grams per bowl💘) fiber, low in calories 👀, satisfying 😊 and VERY inexpensive to make! 🎉👏🏆 Its definitely a lighter and healthier version of the original 😂 Perfect for Lunch OR Dinner! 🍵Mmm!!!

...I ate about half of it before i remembered I Instagram my recipes for you guys... 😂😍 So you can be sure its divine! 😜

💖Sour Bean Soup💖

🔹1 TBS Avocado Oil 🔹1 Onion Chopped 🔹1 TBS Chili Powder (optional)

🔹1 TBS Chopped Garlic

🔹1 TBS Red Hungarian Paprika 🔹1 TSP Ground Cumin 🔹2 TBS Chopped Cilantro

🔹1 TBS Vinegar

🔹2 Cans Black Beans, Rinsed 🔹1 Diced Tomato 🔹3 Cups Of Water 🔹Salt and Pepper To Taste

🔹1/2 Cup Steamed Carrots (Optional) 🔹1/2 Chopped Potato Cooked (Optional)

🔹1 Sliced Slovak or Hungarian Sausage (Optional) 🔹4 TBS Plain Greek Yogurt (Optional)

➡Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Cook onion + garlic until brown

➡Add Chili, Paprika, Cilantro & Cumin. Let the colors combine.

➡Add beans, Water, Vinegar, Diced Tomatoes + Salt and Pepper. Bring to a boil; Reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. ➡After cooling, transfer soup into blender and puree

➡Optional Part-- Heartier creamier version* Bringing the puree back into your sauce pan--Stir in your yogurt, Add your vegetables that you've pre steamed + your sausage.. I kept about a TBS of the Beans out of the blender so it looks prettier in a bowl💗🎀💕 - 😘 Na Zdravie (To Your Health!)
